Intellectual Property (IP) can be an important point of difference to many businesses.  When your IP is stolen by an employee or competitor it can greatly damage your business.  We investigate intellectual property thefts and we use a variety of methods including forensic methods where necessary.

Examples of intellectual property theft cases could include include cloning or imaging of employee computers, cell phones or iPads to show criminality.

Other techniques which we have used successfully are surveillance on the subject and database searching to prove connections to competitors especially when there is a contract involving a restraint of trade.
